    Fully digital flight report, customized to your needs. All the information gets automatically forwarded to the department requiring it (flight report to the client for signature, signed report to finance for billing, flight and duty to Flight Buddy, aircraft time to maintenance, etc).     Timesheet on autopilot. Data is pulled directly from the flight report module and is displayed an overview of days on/off, flight time and duty, overall experience and payroll. BARS ops

  • Daily Risk Assessment

    Ensure crew fatigue status and operational risk assessment is performed and documented before every mission. Crew can assess and mitigate the risk themselves. Management receives automatic notifications when risk is above a certain threshold. Determine if the risk associated with conducting the task is manageable and if it is advisable to continue the task.

  • Flight Manifest

    Client or flight crew can record all passenger and cargo weight and information to meet BARS documentation requirement. The information is transferred to the flight follower as plan is changing over the course of the day.

The company was created by a senior manager downcast trying to find a software solutions able to handle management tasks in order to stay compliant with the client’s stringent requirements. Platform available on the market were either build for out of base (online access only) or IFR, big corporation type of operations.
